I purchased a course but can’t access it. What should I do? +
First, check you are logged into the same account used during checkout. Then refresh your dashboard and look under “My courses”. If it’s still missing, contact support with your order email and the course name.
Where do I find my certificate? +
Certificates appear after course completion. Open the course from your dashboard and look for “Certificate” or “Download certificate”. If you completed the course but it’s not showing, contact support and we’ll investigate.
I’m having video/audio or captions issues. +
Try another browser (Chrome is usually best), disable ad blockers for the site, and check your device audio settings. If you’re on a work network, restrictions can block media. Tell us your device + browser and we’ll help.
Can you send an invoice or receipt? +
Yes. Contact support with your order email and company details (if applicable). We can provide a receipt and any VAT documentation available for your purchase.
Can I transfer a course to another user? +
It depends on the product and how it was purchased. Send us the order details and who you want to transfer it to, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Do courses work on mobile/tablet? +
Yes. Courses are designed to work on desktop, tablet, and mobile. For the smoothest experience, keep your browser updated and avoid “battery saver” modes during playback.
